Product Details

Mid-lightweight, smooth and soft fabric probably meant for a kimono lining, it is 14" wide, with bit of sheen and slight crispness. It's never been opened, including by us, but from what we can tell it's not supple, flowy or drapey. The labels read 100% Silk, 3.9 meters (4.25 yards). To us it seems new and in pristine condition. It's 'sewn' with fine white thread.  The stupendous color is deepest rich red towards blue, not at all towards orange. Order "1" for the 4-1/4 yard piece which weighs 4 ounces and measures about 14" x 4" x 3/8", tied. Beautiful fringe on the end. 100% Silk. Japan.
