I am a small or between sizes 2 and 4 in most clothes with a 27 inch waist and 34B breast size and am 5'9 130 pounds and this size 2 fit me perfectly! The ruched babydoll style makes this dress super flattering and fun, I always get so many compliments when I wear it! The straps are adjustable to help you style it as tight/loose around the breast area as you want, and that also makes the length of it flexible for the wearer, although I found the length to be perfect for me!
